How does per-query billing work?
You pay a flat monthly platform fee, then a small rate for each query your users run. The rate depends on the query mode: Fast is the cheapest, Deep is the most thorough and most expensive. There are no token minimums, no overage tiers, and no long-term contracts.
What is the difference between the query modes?
Fast answers in seconds using direct retrieval over the patient record. RAG+CAG combines retrieval with a clinical augmentation graph for higher-accuracy answers. Deep runs multi-step reasoning for complex clinical questions and takes longer. Professional and Enterprise plans unlock all five modes, including radiology and MCP.
Is NanoSense built for HIPAA?
NanoSense is built for HIPAA. We sign a Business Associate Agreement with every customer. All plans include HIPAA audit logging, encryption at rest and in transit, and tenant isolation. See our security page for the full breakdown.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Plans can be changed at any time: upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. Enterprise pricing is negotiated per contract.
Do you offer AWS Marketplace billing?
Yes. NanoSense is listed on AWS Marketplace, which lets you consolidate NanoSense spend with your existing AWS commitment. For Enterprise terms, contact sales.
