From subscription to first query.

NanoSense is bought through AWS Marketplace. After you subscribe, you land on this page, your account is set up, and you activate it with your own admin login.

Before you subscribe

Subscription happens on AWS Marketplace. The listing link is not on this page yet.

Email us with your organization name and we will send the Marketplace listing link. If you need a Business Associate Agreement or a security review first, say so in the same message.

Steps

Four steps, in this order. The first is yours, the second is automatic, and the last two take a few minutes.

  1. SubscribeSubscribe to NanoSense on AWS Marketplace and choose a plan.
  2. Wait for setupAWS sends you to this page while your account is created. This usually takes less than 5 minutes, and a confirmation goes to your AWS account email.
  3. ActivateEnter an admin email and password. Your API key and portal username appear once. Save the key.
  4. Send a queryUse the key in the requests below, or sign in to the portal with your username.

If something goes wrong

No confirmation email arrived

Setup usually takes less than 5 minutes, and the email goes to your AWS account address. If you do not receive a confirmation within 30 minutes, contact hello@nanosense.net.

The activation link was rejected

A link that is invalid or unknown is refused. A link that was already used, or is more than 7 days old, has expired. If activation keeps failing, contact hello@nanosense.net.

I lost my API key

The key is shown once. If you return to this page after activating, you see only the start of your existing key. To get a new key, contact hello@nanosense.net.
